Space Player Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the "Space Player for Android", "Space Player for iOS" applications, and the "Space Player Official Website" (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Service"). Space Player is committed to protecting the privacy of users, creators, and subscribers. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information depending on the features you use:

1.1 Information You Provide

• Login Information: Email, Apple ID, Google Account, or other authentication data.
• Account Data: Nickname, avatar, language settings.
• Subscription & Transaction Data: Purchase history, subscription status, product IDs, transaction codes. For web subscriptions, we only receive payment status and masked card details (e.g., last 4 digits) from Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or CVC code.
• Creator Information: Channel details, uploaded images, videos, photobooks.
• Creator Payout Data: Bank account information (Bank Name, SWIFT CODE, Account Number), tax information, and country of residence (for wire transfers).
• Interactions: Comments, likes, follows, and other content generated between users and creators.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device model, Operating System (OS), language, time zone.
• Connection Data: IP address (primarily provided by Cloudflare for security).
• Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID, collected only with your consent for tracking).
• Usage Logs: App crash logs, performance logs, and basic analytics data (generated by Firebase Analytics).

1.3 User Uploaded Content

Includes but is not limited to images, videos, photobooks, channel covers, and descriptions. Such content is securely stored in Cloudflare R2 or Google Cloud Storage.

2. How We Use Data

We use the collected data to:

• Provide login, account management, and channel management features.
• Process subscriptions, payments, and renewal statuses.
• Calculate creator earnings and process payouts via bank wire transfer.
• Store, transcode, and display user-uploaded videos and images.
• Provide ads and push notifications (only where users have consented).
• Detect abuse, fraud, malicious attacks, and policy violations.
• Optimize product experience and fix application errors.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Credit Card Policy

3.1 User Subscriptions

• Mobile (App): Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We only receive subscription status and transaction receipts to grant access.
• Website (Web): Subscriptions are processed by the Stripe payment platform.
  • All credit card transactions comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
  • The Service does not access or store your full credit card information.
  • All sensitive payment data is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

3.2 Creator Earnings

To process payouts, creators must provide:

• Bank Account Details: Including SWIFT CODE and Account Number (for international wire transfers).
• Tax Information: As required by local laws.

We use this information solely for earnings settlement, remittance, and legal compliance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party platforms to assist in operations. These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

5. Cookies & Local Storage

• Website (Web): We use Cookies to maintain your login session and store CSRF security tokens.
• Application (App): We use Local Storage and Secure Storage (Keychain) to store login tokens and preferences.

6. Children's Privacy

Space Player content is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

7. User Rights

Under GDPR/CCPA and other regulations, you have the right to:

• Access your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request account deletion (via the "Delete Account" feature in App settings).
• Opt-out of specific data usage or withdraw consent.
• Download a copy of your personal data (if applicable).

8. Data Security

We employ industry-standard protection measures, including full HTTPS encryption for data in transit, server-side data encryption (At-rest Encryption), and strict access control management, to protect your information from unauthorized access or leakage.

9. Identity Verification (KYC) and Face Data Processing

To ensure platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations, creators applying for "Monetized Channels" must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC). The handling of sensitive data during this process is as follows:

• Data Collection: We require creators to provide a real-time facial image (selfie) and a photo of a government-issued ID.
• Purpose of Use: This data is used exclusively to verify the authenticity of the creator's identity and to authorize monetization features.
• Security and Third-Party Sharing:
  • Face data will NOT be shared with, rented to, or sold to any third parties.
  • All image data is transmitted to our secure servers using encryption technology.
• Data Retention and Deletion:
  • Face data (including selfie images) is only retained during the verification review period.
  • Once identity verification is completed by our automated system and moderation team, the original facial image data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not create or store biometric templates.
• Your Rights: Creators may refuse to provide face data, but doing so will result in the inability to pass verification for monetization features.
